Filtering out search links before extracting them

You can filter out some specific URLs (bookmarks) before carrying out the extraction of the search links found (see Performing an Internet Search). It is performed by defining some patterns (regular expressions) in order to recognize the URL form to be discarded. You can do it following the next steps:

1. As is shown for setting the maximum number of search result links (see previous tip), in the main menu click Window > Preferences and then in the topic tree on the left side, expand OSINT Preferences and click Link Extraction. The Link Extraction preference page is shown on the right side. In the Link Extraction preference page click on the New button to generate a new URL pattern

2. In the New pattern window, add the desired URL pattern for which you want to discard the search and click Ok. Then click Apply and Ok again
